"I could tell by the cover art of a terrified sweaty cop with a gun in his face that this band was going to be intense. GASSED surprisingly brutal powerviolence from Lexington that will rip open a thirty second song and then melt it into a heavy breakdown. They'll run you over like a car, not realizing that you're trapped under the fender, then roar back up to a fleeing-the-scene-of-the-crime speed. Guttural esophagus rupturing grind vocals, a popping machine gun snare that keeps it raw, and relentless crunchy guitar that sounds so distorted that its going to break. Ten tracks in under ten minutes, and the last one is a three minute noise surge (three times as long as any other track) that dissolves into muck. Goddamn its heavy.
